Wildlife Conservation Foundation Projects to Raise Funds

Future Shooting Range Site

Coming Soon. WCF will be the major sponsor of the new shooting range built out on the Roosevelt City property SouthEast of town. This is going to be awesome to have in our community. Roosevelt City applied for a grant through the DWR, which has been approved now. We are just waiting for their match funds to be allocated, and then construction will be underway. The grant that was applied for is a 75% match of the 25% money raised for the project. This wildlife conservation project would give Roosevelt a top shooting range, 1000-yard range, 100 to 200-yard range, cowboy village, trap, and pistols ranges. More info coming soon.

YOUTH & GENERAL PHEASANT HUNT 2022

WCF has committed to purchase 2000 Roosters and 500 Chukars to be released during the 2022 Fall Hunts. This is a big investment to help create amazing hunting opportunities, help pheasant populations in our area, and increase the success of our youth hunters in taking a bird.
